❖ Sole on-site IT personnel responsible for infrastructure, network, security, servers, virtualization, backup systems, CCTV systems, telecommunications services, and end-user computing. ❖ Independently planned and delivered infrastructure modernization projects involving networking, security, surveillance, collaboration platforms, server infrastructure, and end-user computing environments. ❖ Ensure high availability and reliability of IT services through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance ❖ Manage backup and disaster recovery operations to ensure data integrity and business continuity ❖ Collaborate with internal users, vendors, and regional IT teams to resolve technical issues and deliver infrastructure improvements ❖ Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and operational procedures

❖ Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations. ❖ Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, exhibitions, tours and visits. ❖ Assisting in writing and producing presentations and press releases. ❖ Deployment, maintenance, upgrading and support of client computer systems ❖ Managing official MCDF state of Johor social medias. ❖ Asissts in clerical / operational duties and other adhoc duties as assigned
